Mia has a passion for her family, her horses and making a difference in her community. She started Truth be Told HOA Management in April 2023 because she saw a need and knew she could fulfill it. She has been providing excellent customer service for over 20 years, is detail orientated and a team player. Mia loves for nothing more to help people.

She leads with integrity, kindness, and a service-oriented approach. Outside of work, Nicci enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, reading, crocheting, and connecting with family and friends.

He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Cinematography while balancing professional responsibilities and family life. Guided by his faith and a deep dedication to his wife and children, Christopher values integrity, continuous growth, and helping others succeed.

Cherie Austin
Property Manager/ Office Support
With a foundation in court reporting that developed strong typing and transcription skills, she later co-founded a construction company with her husband in 1979, working as general contractors and framers. Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, they grew the business into one of the three largest framing companies

With a foundation in court reporting that developed strong typing and transcription skills, she later co-founded a construction company with her husband in 1979, working as general contractors and framers. Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, they grew the business into one of the three largest framing companies in Tucson, Arizona.
A lifelong entrepreneur who has been self-employed for most of her career, she spent the past decade owning and operating sales lots in Sierra Vista, Whetstone, and Pearce. There she specialized in portable buildings including sheds, garages, and tiny houses and served as a dealer for a major carport and metal building manufacturer.
After recently returning to Tucson, she is pleased to join the team at Truth Be Told Property Management, where she enjoys collaborating with a dedicated group of professionals.

Homeownership is typically the single largest investment a person will make in their lifetime. Choosing to own real estate in a community with an HOA, in part, assures the homeowner of the standards that maintain consistent value throughout the community. All members deserve a commitment to service from the HOA itself and from the Management Company chosen to handle the day-to-day operations.
Association Board Members, as dedicated volunteers, deserve respect for their ongoing efforts. When selecting an HOA Management Company, the Association deserves to receive a commitment to professional management that meets the standard of service they signed up for. I have over 20 years in customer service.
